Customer-Supplied Garment Embroidery Policy

By placing an order with The Print Goddess that includes embroidery on customer-supplied garments, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Customer-Provided Items Disclaimer
Customers may provide their own garments for embroidery at their own risk. The Print Goddess is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the embroidery process.

 

Embroidery involves commercial machinery, needles, thread tension, stabilizers, and heat. While every reasonable effort is made to produce quality work, damage can occur due to the nature of the process.

No Liability & No Refunds

By submitting customer-supplied garments, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Print Goddess assumes no liability for damage including, but not limited to:
    holes, needle marks, fabric pulls, puckering, thread breaks, dye migration, shrinkage, scorch marks, fading, or distortion.
  • No refunds, replacements, credits, or exchanges will be issued for customer-supplied items for any reason.
  • If a garment becomes damaged, unusable, or altered during embroidery, the customer accepts full responsibility.


Garment Condition & Suitability

Customers are responsible for ensuring garments are:

  • Clean and free from defects
  • Suitable for embroidery
  • Free from stains, odors, previous alterations, or fabric weakness

The Print Goddess reserves the right to refuse service on garments deemed unsuitable for embroidery.

Value Limitation
Customers are strongly advised not to submit high-value, sentimental, or irreplaceable items.

The Print Goddess is not responsible for the monetary or sentimental value of customer-supplied garments.

 

Customer Acceptance

By completing checkout, submitting an order, or providing garments for embroidery, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy in full.
