All sales are final. All purchases are non-refundable/ returnable.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item or if the carrier has misplaced my package(s)?
We're sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your order. We do not issue refunds.
Screen Print, RHINESTONE,and DTF Transfers Refund Policy
This policy applies to all transfer types (ready to press/ custom)
In the event we failed to include all your items in your order we will issue a refund for only the missing items. (We don't take returns for Transfers nor custom items) You have 1 day from the delivery date to inform us of missing items.
Shipping Carrier's Negligence- we are not responsible for lost/ stolen/misplaced or damaged packages due to the mis-handling/negligence by the shipping carrier.
