What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in ready-to-press transfers including rhinestone, screen print, and DTF transfers. We also offer blank apparel, business printing services, and ready-to-wear rhinestone T-shirts through our fashion line, Goddess Wear.
Are your rhinestone transfers hotfix?
Yes! All of our rhinestone transfers are hotfix and ready to press with a heat press. They’re crafted for strong adhesion and maximum sparkle.
Can I use a home iron to apply transfers?
While a heat press is strongly recommended for best results, some of our products can be applied with a home iron in a pinch. Just make sure to apply firm, even pressure and proper heat for full application.
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time, we operate online only. Be sure to follow us on social media for local event announcements and pop-up shop info!
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer discounted pricing for bulk orders. Please reach out to us via email with your request and we’ll provide a custom quote.
Where are your products made?
We design and manage production through a network of trusted fulfillment partners. Every item is quality-checked through our process before shipping to ensure it meets The Print Goddess standards.
Do you offer custom printing services?
Yes, we do! We offer business cards, flyers, banners, and custom shirt printing. Visit our "Custom Services" page or email us for a quote.
