YOU MUST USE A COMMERCIAL HEAT PRESS- YOU CAN NOT USE A HOUSEHOLD IRON.

Pre-press the garment FOR 5 secs to remove moisture 

Temp: 320°  Fahrenheit

Pressure: Heavy pressure 
Time: 10 secs

Peel: HOT Peel
